On 19 October 2026 it said each firm gets one flat monthly figure on quote, with unlimited users, no setup fee and the price fixed for three years, with heavier AI use charged at the AI provider's rate. swiftRMS Pro is £49 a month, Business is £399 a month, and Enterprise is quoted per deployment.
Can subcontractors send their RAMS into swiftRMS?
No. swiftRMS is for writing, approving and briefing your own RAMS, and it doesn't take in documents written in other tools. If a subcontractor uses swiftRMS, they can send you a signed-off RAMS by share link.
Can workers sign RAMS on their phone with swiftRMS?
Yes, on Business. Add workers to the roster once, with no login or seat. On site they scan the QR code on the document, read it and sign, and you get a record of who was briefed and when. Business includes 50 workers.
Can I try both?
