Your Standards: Write Your Rules Once, Every Document Uses Them
Enterprise organisations can now write down how they work, once, in a new Standards area, and every document they generate is built from it. Site rules, standard PPE, emergency arrangements, the substances you use and the tools you run, all in your own words, on every RAMS, COSHH, SSOW, HAVS, manual handling assessment and Construction Phase Plan.
- FeatureSite rules: your rules open the Site Rules section of every RAMS, SSOW and Construction Phase Plan, word for word, then the job-specific rules follow
- FeaturePPE in two tiers: kit you issue on every job goes on every document as you wrote it; kit for specific jobs is only added when the task calls for it
- FeatureEmergency arrangements: your first aid, fire, spill and incident reporting wording and your company contacts on every document, with the assembly point and site supervisor still specific to the job
- AISubstance inventory: add a product and its safety data sheet is found, read and kept, so COSHH assessments carry the sheet's exposure limits, hazard statements, first aid, storage and disposal
- AITool register: add a tool and its declared vibration figure is found from the manufacturer, so HAVS assessments use your real tools
- UXType shorthand like wd40 or makita grinder and pick from the matches, rather than getting a guess
- ImprovementAdd from standards and Fill from standards in the editor put your list onto documents made before you wrote it down
